SPA RULES

Masks are optional. You are more then welcome to wear a mask or not wear one. The spa is a safe space for you to enjoy your services with or without a mask.

All I ask is that you please let me know before hand if you are feeling unwell in any way and we can reschedule for another day.

If you would like me to wear a mask for your whole service just let me know! I have no problem wearing one as it is your time to relax.

Hand sanitizer and masks are available for you to use.

CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS

24 hour notice is required for appointment cancellations.

Insufficient notice or failure to show up will result in up to 50% of the service(s) FEE.
Payment must be made before a new appointment is booked.
Fee is payable by EMT or Credit Card.

LASH EXTENSIONS

All full set lash appointments now require a $50 deposit. This deposit is non-refundable within 24hours of your appointment. The $50 will come off your final price.

Payment can be EMT or Invoiced online (debit/ credit card).

In the event of a last minute cancellation or no show for LASH FILLS a fee of $30 will apply (since each lash fill is priced differently and the total cost is unknown until the end of the appointment).
