SPA RULES

Masks are optional. You are more then welcome to wear a mask or not wear one. The spa is a safe space for you to enjoy your services.

If you are sick or anyone in your household isn’t feeling well I kindly ask that you let me know and your appointment will be rescheduled. This is for the safety of my family especially a new baby.

Most services are private unless you have booked a double manicure/ pedicure. With this please keep in mind no other guest shall “sit in” during your appointment. (Exceptions will be made for kids appointments where a parent is required)

CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS

24 hour notice is required for all appointment cancellations or a late fee of up to 50% of service(s) may be charged.

Failure to show up to an appointment will result in a charge of up to 100% of service(s).


Payment must be made before a new appointment is booked.
Fee is payable by EMT or Debit/Credit Card online.

LASH EXTENSIONS

All full set lash appointments now require a $50 deposit. This deposit is non-refundable within 24hours of your appointment. The $50 will come off your final price.

Payment can be EMT or Invoiced online (debit/ credit card).

In the event of a last minute cancellation or no show for LASH FILLS a fee of $30 will apply.
